Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a copyright owner or their representative can issue a takedown notice to us via our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we qualify for immunity under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions when facing claims of infringement. To file a legitimate infringement claim, certain information must be provided in the notice:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Details of the infringing material to be removed, along with sufficient information for us to locate it.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party, including name, address, email, phone number, and fax number.
  5. A statement confirming the belief that the material is being used without authorization.
  6. A statement attesting to the accuracy of the information provided and the authority of the complaining party.

Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC imposes penalties for misrepresentation in infringement notifications. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for quick response.

Note that we may disclose the identity of the copyright complainant to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree that your identity may be shared.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification must contain:

  1. Your signature.
  2. A description of the removed material and its original location.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the takedown was a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction for legal proceedings.

Submit your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We diligently address copyright infringement and maintain a list of DMCA notices to identify repeat infringers. Those who violate our policy will have their accounts terminated.

Modifications

We retain the right to amend our DMCA policy at any time. Please check this page regularly for updates.
